Club Nights - Seniors

On club nights, runners can join two or three different groups, each of a different standard. Beginners are always welcome However we do expect you to be capable of running 4 miles without stopping, this is not intended to put people off but to make sure you are fit enough to run.

You do not have to be a member of the club to take part in our training sessions but you will be encouraged to join after a few weeks. Only paid-up club members are covered by the club's insurance policy.

Tuesday

We meet at John Heathcoat's Factory, Leat Street, Tiverton at 6.00 p.m. Free parking is available in the factory car park.

N.B. We leave the factory car park at 6.05 p.m. to start our training run unless we are told in advance that someone will be arriving a little later.

Thursday

On Thursdays, we meet at John Heathcoat's Factory, Leat Street, Tiverton at 6.00 p.m. all the year round, for a training run on the road and cross country.

Club Race Championship 2008

The club is holding a race championship in 2008 in which members must compete in at least six out of the eleven races listed below. Howard Bidmead will keep the scores and announce the winner at the end of the year.
